The Mission of Broadway Community, Inc.

as well as long-term support aimed at healing the body, mind and spirit.
To accomplish this mission and demonstrate God's love to all, Broadway Community, Inc. will:

- Create a community environment where volunteer participants engage in long-term counseling and in life-skill workshops such as work readiness, family relationships, nutrition, and art therapy to help them rebuild their lives
- Provide programs and activities that encourage participants to integrate their own spirituality or religious beliefs into their recovery and build relationships that will sustain their growth
- Educate neighborhood students, residents, and church people about poverty and its long-term effects and actively encourage them to volunteer their time, talents, and resources to the work of BCI and become advocates of the poor and disenfranchised.
